Minimum call out charge: 3 hrs per staff member
Staff minimum hire: two staff per function
Staff Hire Requirements:
Each function requires a minimum of two staff for safety and liability reasons, this will in include;
- 1 Supervisor per function
- 1 Staff member per 45 guests for simple food service, or 1 per 30 where food & drinks are served.
