Quotation
U.8.one.2 will make a quotation for you based on your individual requirements. Once a quote is accepted, we will forward you an email with confirmation of your booking.
Prices
U.8.one.2 prices are subject to change without notice
Payments
We accept Bankcard, master card & visa with a 2% surcharge with every transaction. Direct bank deposit, company cheque & cash.
We have 7-14 day accounts for corporate customers.
All private functions are to be paid in full 24 hours prior to your event.
All private functions are to be paid for in full on delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellations made on the day of delivery will not be except and will still be charged the full amount of the order. We also do not except any changes to orders on the day of delivery.
Bookings
for following day, orders must be placed by 12pm to guarantee we can provide you with what you are after. For functions over 50 people at least 3 days notice is required.
Private functions are secured with a credit card imprint upon booking.
Surcharge
2 % surcharge with every credit card transaction.
10% surcharge applies on weekends & 15% on public holidays.
10% surcharge on the total bill for any orders that is placed on the day of delivery.
Equipment pick up
All u.8.one.2 equipment must be stored in an appropriate manner for easy of pick up after your function, would be much appreciated. All equipment remains the property of u.8.one.2 catering unless damage or lost. In this instance the full cost of the trays will be added to your invoice. If the pickup address differs from function venue, please let us know.
Delivery
U.8.one.2 delivery hours are between 7am to 5pm anything outside these hours will incur a $50 delivery surcharge, on top of the normal delivery charges.
